Communication is "make it or break it" for any business. You not only need to reach out to your clients, but you need to answer their questions at that exact time they have a question... or they are out looking for another site that carries your product or idea. That's right... no one, besides an already educated client, will buy your product if the communication isn't made. PERIOD. Maybe you already knew that... and you built your site for the educated client... but what about the uneducated clients that have the money ready and want to buy the item now? Are you going to "throw them to the curb" or are you going to sell to them? If you are an educated seller... you would sell to them! PERIOD. So communicate with them.
